Actors processes account information, mailbox messages, webhook payloads, and usage/billing metadata needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to deliver API features, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain billing and service health.

3. Mailbox Data Access

We may review mailbox message content, including email bodies, webhook payloads, and callback data, for the purposes of debugging service issues and detecting spam or abuse. This access is limited to operational needs and is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running and protecting the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Actors (for example email, telephony, and billing providers).

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
